Ever saw something on your screen and wanted to give it a headpat? I did too.

This is a simple application that allows you to do nothing but this by creating a transparent floating window with a tween-animated pixel hand cursor in it :3

Controls
Left mouse button - pat
Right mouse button - toggle mouse capture & settings menu
Mouse wheel - change cursor size
Esc - quit
